I recently saw some painted in that color in Country Living. I only recently (3 months ago) came to your website/blog and am so glad I found it. I was in a wonderful knit shop in Northville, MI and they had made up a few of your waffle dishcloths. Gave the pattern with purchase of cotton yarn. I try to check out your blog about once a week and look forward to the e:mails. I have been making up lots of the dishcloths to give as gifts w/handmade soap. Hope they like receiving as much as I like knitting...Mary LeaMary Lea Lepkehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08621698764486138760noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15599377.post-47508470200661986392012-08-24T09:27:15.657-05:002012-08-24T09:27:15.657-05:00So cute! :-)So cute! :-)Acorn to Oakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14334558675705027610noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15599377.post-86142893731808763052012-08-24T07:55:47.416-05:002012-08-24T07:55:47.416-05:00I'm feeling very inspired to visit some yard s...I'm feeling very inspired to visit some yard sales/flea markets and buy some paint!Christinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03824060675675412629noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15599377.post-13145111404249629672012-08-24T07:46:34.437-05:002012-08-24T07:46:34.437-05:00Sara, there are several recipes out on the interne...Sara, there are several recipes out on the internet--just google diy chalk paint or chalk paint recipe--some use non-sanded grout, some use plaster of paris, and some the calcium carbonate. The exact measurements seem to vary a little, so I just started with 2 tablespoons of the calcium carbonate...you could probably use more to get a chalkier effect....Debhomespun livinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07520148530306239072noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15599377.post-27220648817599864262012-08-24T06:41:53.017-05:002012-08-24T06:41:53.017-05:00Where did you find the chalk paint recipe?
