  6. I've been over to Sew Mamma Sew and have been dreaming about what I *might* get done before the holidays. I hope to do just a few things. That way if I get a few MORE things done, I'll be ecstatic!

They certainly have some wonderful ideas and help with making great Christmas gifts. I'm cranking away at getting all my gifts made and it's all looking much more manageable now.

By the way, I was inspired by your washcloth post the other day so I went out and bought the yarns to make some like yours, too.

Thanks so much for the link! I just took my sewing machine out of the closet yesterday and I think I'll give a few projects a try.

  9. This is encouragement on a high level. I'll go straight to my room planning more homemade gifts and finish the dress I've been sewing on in a year =)
    God bless you!

I stumbled upon your terrific dishcloth pattern while looking for some new ideas for my 55 + balls of Sugar & Cream yarn....I was delighted with your pattern, decided to print it..and while I fiddled with the "print" icon, my dog happily snatched a lovely ball of Magnolia merino/silk....needless to say, I was distracted by this, and failed to notice EVERYTHING on your blog printed!! 15 pages. I'm your new best friend! Sandie

  20. Sandie, I have made that same printing mistake--only I can't even blame the dog, only myself :) Best wishes with the dishcloth making!
