making ready

Lots of wonderful stuff happening this week,
a little last minute sewing and knitting,
lip balm making,
gift bag stamping,
very rusty Christmas carol playing,
simple decorating {a real tree still to be picked out this weekend},
cookie baking,
cleaning, cleaning, cleaning,
and menu planning for Christmas Day here.

~

I've also been thinking hard, trying to come up with
a gift for you all...so please stop back before
Christmas, I promise to have it ready!

~

Hope you have a beautiful week
and
God's blessings to all of you affected by the Newtown tragedy.

My thoughts and prayers are with those that suffered and are still suffering in Newtown.

  4. After Christmas dinner, we always gather in the living room around the piano and sing Christmas carols. Every year, I promise to practice earlier so I am not so rusty on the piano...but, once we start singing, no one seems to care. Lovely photos & praying for the people in Newtown. Enjoy the rest of the third week of Advent!
