Spring is definitely in the air and I can't wait to hang that first load of laundry out on the line. With that in mind I made myself a new clothespin bag, as well as one for my online shop. Mine is made of fabric leftover from covering the stepstool, and it's filled with clothespins and all ready to go...
This one is for the shop and is made from a great Sis Boom floral...
And yes, that is the new painted kitchen cabinets in the background. (A before picture here) Here's a peek at some of what is finished...We're not even close to being done ~ it's going painfully slow. The bridge faucet arrived yesterday so hopefully this weekend work will move forward with the farmhouse sink installation.

Have a great weekend everyone!
It really feels like Spring today here as well ... we only have a tiny bit of snow here and there. Your kitchen is looking amazing! I'm looking forward to seeing more photos. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteAren't white cabinets great? They really brighten up the kitchen and make everything seem fresh and clean. I love the way it's coming along. Can't wait to see pics when it's all finished.
ReplyDeleteYour clothespin bag reminds me of my Mother. Although she had a dryer, she used her clothes line more. And I too like your white cabinets. I have white also with vintage glass knobs I had collected over the years.
ReplyDeleteSpring is here, and I am so glad.
Your makeover is looking great! Can't wait to see it all! Love the clothes pin bags!
ReplyDeleteYour laundry room is lovely! Your cabinets came out really nice. I love white cabinets too.
ReplyDeleteWhat sweet clothes pin bags...love them! Your kitchen cabinets look great...can't wait to see what everything looks like when you're all through with it.
ReplyDeleteHello! Its your fan~ Tina! I love the clothespin bags...do you sell your bags at wholesale? Please let me know~ I need some for an outdoor festival coming up in April. Love the color of the kitchen cabinets! Tina
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!!! feels like spring, and loving that tunic top!!
ReplyDeleteSeeing the clothespin bags on some blogs sparked my interest and today at my LQS I bought one. The white cabinets are looking very nice. Isn't it fun to have a makeover of the kitchen.

WOW, now you've got a fab kitchen to match your amazing laundry room.
ReplyDeleteI've left my pegs on the washing line since last summer. They will all be yucky now. Peg bags are definately the way to go.
Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I'm sure you're wondering why I am so grateful....I have oak cabinets in my kitchen. I LOVE oak, but the cabinets in my kitchen were not cared for by the former owners AND my kitchen is sort of in the middle of my house with no windows. Painting the cabinets white has long been what I thought would really brighten things up, but I've not seen before and after pictures before. Your cabinets turned out splendidly, and I now know that this will really work!! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteFirst i want to thank you for remembering me on my birthday ! Thank you, and hug from me :) I just love everything i see today!
ReplyDeleteYou have the best laundry room ever!! And the clothespin bag is soooo beautiful ! Both of them :) I want to make one myself, hope that i manage :) I want to wish you a great weekend, and i appreciate making blogfriends with you :)
Very pretty clothes pin bags. and love those cabinets!
ReplyDeleteYour kitchen is looking wonderful Debbie! We renovated a kitchen in the same style and colour with round polished wood knobs and solid polished timber benchtops a couple of years ago - we must have similar decorating preferences! :) Can't wait to see the rest!
ReplyDeleteI love the clothespin bag. I wish I had a place I could put a clothes line there is nothing like sheets hanging on the line!
ReplyDeleteThe bags are very pretty! And the kitchen looks nice :-) It must be frustrating to wait for the kitchen to be ready... I love the white cabinets!
ReplyDeletevery original idea... beautiful spring's inspiration here! I adore it so much... Love from Belgium!
ReplyDeleteDon't you just love clotheslines? I always install one first thing when we move into a new home. Looking at one just makes me smile. I love that clothespin bag! I need one of those. Maybe a new project for me?
ReplyDeleteYour cabinets look stunning in white! Very cheerful.
I love your clothespin bag! How I wish we could have a clothesline! There's nothing like the smell of clothes dried in the spring air ... mmmmmm!! ♥
ReplyDeleteAwww, love the little clothespin bags!!!
ReplyDeleteWhere do you use or what do you put in the ckothespin bags? They are very nice, but I had never seen before.
ReplyDeleteGreetings Jana
