When I posted here about these simple slippers
I had crocheted,
a reader asked if I knew of any knitted
pattern for a something similar.
While browsing garnstudio.com for
Drops Design's latest collections,
I came across this pattern::
Very close, I think, so if you don't crochet
you might want to check it out.
While you are there,
you may want to wander through
their wonderful patterns~all absolutely free!
Yours look so much nicer than the ones on the pattern!
ReplyDeleteOooooo! Thanks Deb. I'll do a quick addition to (85 year old) Mum's Christmas gift.
ReplyDeleteOh gosh! These slippers look so yummy warm!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous site. Thank you so much, Deb! I am having a fine time wandering.....
ReplyDeleteAfter reading your post about the slippers I ordered the pattern. Hope I get them done! More than that, I hope they're esay to make :)
ReplyDeleteI think you'll find it a fairly simple pattern-happy crocheting :-)

Hi, Love the slippers! Also, in one of the pictures you have I saw a knitted acorn (brown) did you make it or do you have a pattern.

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing. Lately I've been crocheting slippers - almost like an addiction. Not sure what I'll do with all of them, but I'll keep on knitting or crocheting until I figure it out.
ReplyDeleteThese look so cozy!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I did make the little knitted acorn. You can find the pattern here: http://peasoupoftheday.blogspot.com/2008/12/tiny-knitted-acorn-pattern.html
