A new cookie in the house...a
mocha-brownie-ish-melt-in-your-mouth
sort of cookie.
It received rave reviews here,
and my taste testers are a bit on
the choosy side.

My notes/changes::
- I had no bittersweet chocolate, so used semi sweet chips.
- I had no espresso, so used 1 tbsp instant coffee.
- I had to up the temperature a little bit.
- Definitely had to chill the dough first.
